Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The Free plan is free forever with no card on file. You only enter payment details if you choose Starter or Mogul.
What happens when I reach 15 clients?
Everything you've created stays exactly where it is. To add a 16th client you upgrade to Starter, which takes about a minute.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Move up or down any time from Settings, then Subscription. Your clients, invoices, and schedules come with you.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once for the year and save: Starter is $85 instead of $119.88, and Mogul is $249.99 instead of $359.88.
What if I cancel?
Cancel any time. There are no contracts. Do it from Settings, then Subscription, whenever you like.
